For award-winning engineering firm with projects in 32+ countries, provide creative direction and art direction across the firm with multiple separate industry divisions. Work with executives to develop and execute creative strategy. Educate management on the importance of brand consistency. Collaborate on creation and development of high-impact, creative digital / social / print campaigns that showcase SGH brand. Manage a team of 3 external freelance creatives plus 8 vendors (printers, distributors, etc.). Work closely with management and principals to ensure our strategies are insightful, informative, and consistent with our brand.

  • Role expanded from design to working with executives to define brand / creative strategy.

  • Made pitch and education initiative that won buy-in across traditional management for necessity of consistent branding across all engineering practices and customer touchpoints.

  • Took over soft rebrand started by an external agency prior to hire and led to full rollout.

Personally project managed all ad campaigns. Collaborated with 10 departments and offices on revamp of firm’s global collateral suite. 

  • Facilitated major re-brand and created comprehensive, unified portfolio of re-branded marketing materials – digital, email marketing, flyers, publications, invitations, advertising, signage, trade show displays, etc.

  • Recognized for establishing law firm’s 1st cohesive flow of imagery across social, digital, print, and live client experiences (from trade show graphics to client presentations).
